STRUCTURAL & SKID FABRICATION
Structural steel, pipe racks, platforms, stairs and modular process skids fabricated to AWS D1.1 and your project specifications. Skids are assembled, tested and shipped ready for tie-in, reducing site labor and schedule risk.

PIPE SPOOL FABRICATION B31.3
Carbon, stainless and alloy pipe spools fabricated to ASME B31.3 process piping code with full material traceability, weld mapping and NDE. Isometric-driven production keeps every spool tagged and ready for field installation.

CODE & NON-CODE VESSEL FABRICATION
ASME Section VIII, Division 1 pressure vessels built and stamped under our U and R certificates, plus non-code tanks, separators and process equipment engineered to your drawings.

- Code calculation designs provided for every vessel

WELDING PROCEDURES
Qualified welding procedures and certified welders for FCAW, SAW, GTAW and GMAW across carbon steel, stainless and exotic alloys. Every weld is traceable to a procedure, a welder and an inspection record.
