We specialize in manufacturing iron, steel, and aluminum structures for the Texas energy industry.
FCAW: Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW or FCA) is a semi-automatic or automatic arc welding process. FCAW requires a continuously-fed consumable tubular electrode containing a flux and a constant-voltage or, less commonly, a constant-current welding power supply.
SAW: Submerged-arc welding (SAW) is a common arc welding process that involves the formation of an arc between a continuously fed electrode and the workpiece.
GTAW: Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), also known as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld.
GMAW: Gas metal arc welding, also known as metal inert gas (MIG) welding, uses a continuous solid wire electrode that travels through the welding gun, which is accompanied by a shielding gas to protect it from contaminants.
In our paint and sandblast shop we implement different techniques to give our products the best finishes.
We have our own fleet of trucks and trailers to transport long, wide and heavy cargo to any point where it is required.
